Please come and stay at one of Vieques island's most scenic rental properties. The property has a very large wrap around balcony with beautiful views of surrounding islands.
This is a two bedroom and one bathroom house with expansive balconies overlooking Culebra island and St. Thomas on clear days. It is equipped with a full kitchen. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. Close to all beaches on the island. Top Floor.
The guests have access to the second level apartment and the grounds with parking for up to two cars or SUVs.
We have a property manager on the island who will greet you and will give you a tour of the property upon arrival. After booking, arrangements can be worked out. Just call Judy.
The area extremely breezy with constant trade winds. The surrounding area is full of lush vegetation.
We recommend that you rent a car. An SUV is recommended for reaching certain beaches around the island. The house is about a 5 minute drive from the ferry dock and about a 15-20 minute drive from the airport.
There is a TV and a DVD/Blu ray player in the master bedroom . Also included for your use & enjoyment is a pretty good selection of DVD's. There is also good 3G and 4G cell phone coverage in the house. We also have charcoal grill for your use during your stay.
No pets. We require that guests follow our maximum occupancy policy (Up to four guests). If you plan on booking the house for more than four guests, an additional charge $10 per person per night will be added to the bill. The house has a septic system which is common on the island. Please do not flush any paper products down the toilet. The house needs to locked and secured when you're not there. Please do not smoke inside the house.
