Upstairs is a spacious living area with comfortable sectional sofa and flat screen, dining table and gorgeous kitchen. The Master bedroom has a king bed and high quality sleeper sofa bed and opens onto the veranda and ocean views. The second bedroom has a double bed and queen futon. All bedrooms are air conditioned. A large bathroom with step in shower is on this level. A wide terrace wraps around the house and faces the lovely ocean views and cooling trade winds. Downstairs and accessed via the exterior stairs is a brand new third bedroom with King bed and double futon, flat screen TV, coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge and second bathroom. Covered outdoor living space, with comfortable sofa seating, dining table for eight and laundry. Hammocks provided for shady relaxing. Yard is fenced, beautifully landscaped and there's plenty of parking. Idyllic little Bastamiento Beach is just a 7-8 minute walk down the hill.
