Positioned along Black Neds Bay, this beachside haven brings together a light-filled main home and additional self-contained guest cottage, complemented by a private jetty with direct access to the bay.
Inside, the main living area feels calm and open, with generous seating, a TV, and a decorative fireplace creating an inviting place to settle in. Bay views stretch across the room, shaping everyday moments of relaxation and connection. From here, the space flows naturally into the sunroom, where comfortable lounge seating offers an ideal spot for lingering over morning coffee, reading, or taking in the water scenery. The kitchen features a long island bench, modern appliances, and everything needed for relaxed home cooking. Meals can be shared indoors at the dining table or taken outside to the garden, where an outdoor dining table is ready for easy alfresco dining.
Within the main cottage, four bedrooms are tucked quietly along one side, arranged with three queen beds and one double bed. They are serviced by a bathroom with a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries.
At the front of the property, the self-contained guest cottage offers added privacy and flexibility, featuring its own living area with comfortable seating and a small kitchenette, a queen-sized bedroom, and a private ensuite complete with a glass-enclosed shower, vanity, and toilet.
