The Beach House is a beautifully appointed three bedroom, three bathroom luxury home located on the beach at Falmouth only a few minutes drive or an even shorter boat ride from the historic World Heritage site of Nelson Dockyard at English Harbour, on the south coast of Antigua. Now available for vacation rentals, The Beach House offers a truly luxurious setting from which to enjoy a perfect stay in Antigua.
The Beach Houses are an exclusive luxury gated development on the waterfront at Falmouth. Entering from the parking area into the the spacious open plan lounge and living area replete with oversized sofas super comfy armchairs, and a large screen smart tv. Sliding glass doors lead out onto the covered lounge and dining area making an amazing space for entertaining or just whiling away the hours poolside. There’s a stunning kitchen with a breakfast bar, all appliances and a separate laundry area. We can provide a chef (for an additional charge) or create your own culinary masterpiece either in the beautiful kitchen or on the outdoor poolside BBQ. There’s a BOSE outdoor sound system, with karaoke.
The master suite comprises a spacious king bedded room open walk in closet and master bathroom and is located at one end of the villa. The two further bedrooms are on the opposite side of the central living area with beautifully appointed en-suite bathrooms and a guest cloakroom. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans. The villa has hi speed internet.
A mid stay clean is provided for stays of seven nights or longer. Additional housekeeping services are available by arrangement.
The Villa is set in immaculately landscaped tropical gardens with a pathway leading the few steps to the beach. Paddle Boards and a kayak are provided. There is a powerboat available for guest use (additional charge) either self drive provided one of your group is in possession of a valid powerboat license, or alternatively a driver can be arranged.
Rates displayed include 17% ABST (Antigua and Barbuda Sales Tax) but do not include Tourism Guest Levy which is charged separately at US$5 per person per day (over five years).
