Our family has been part of the North Side family of Grand Cayman for more than 40 years. We are pleased to offer you our second home as well as our knowledge and experience to make your vacation the best it can be. The Harvey Nicole named for Father and Daughter is furnished in Modern Caribbean style with 2 bedrooms 2 baths air conditioning ceiling fans and a fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms and the living room area open directly to the screened lanai. Ocean views from each sunny room. Our corner ground floor location is ideal for its direct access to the pool and the beach beyond. Enjoy a day by the pool and run in for a break or snacks with your back door steps away. Our unit is one of ten in the quiet North Point complex. Walk the beach, snorkel the reef, spend the day in the shade of our cabana all while enjoying the comforts of the Harvey Nicole. Our on island property management company J&J Enterprises has always prided themselves on cleanliness. We've received several compliments from guests as to such over the years. Recently they have purchased a Bio Mist sanitation machine; and they put up signage indicating our freshly sanitized condo after each thorough cleaning.
