This property is designed for guests seeking tranquility and not for groups looking to party or events. Villa Doncella Street lays on 12,000 sq. Foot lot and is a 2500 sq ft mid-century villa, completely private, double gated with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a wonderful outdoor living space with your own private pool and Jacuzzi. Each bedroom is equipped with a brand new mini-split air conditioning unit, and there are also brand new air conditioners in the living and dining room. We recently updated all the furniture and 5 Queen Beautyrest mattresses with high quality pillows and linens.
Located in Puntas Las Marias, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in San Juan, getting around is easy by either walking or car. If you rent a car, parking is free as the villa offers a car port with two parking stalls. If you do not plan On renting a car, the area is easily walkable to both sides. To the east, Isla Verde, just 3 blocks away and to the west is Ocean Park and Condado which may take you around 15 min walking to Ocean Park and 25-30 minutes to Condado. Puntas Marias has a small rocky beach 3 houses down from the villa, otherwise it is a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest main beaches depending which direction you walk in.
Just 10 minutes drive from Luis Munoz International Airport, Ocean Park and Punta Las Marias - Dividing the Beach Resort areas of the Condado and Isla Verde, Ocean Park and Punta Las Marias are beachfront residential neighborhood with probably the prettiest and most low-key beach in San Juan. The beaches are wide here, and the sun beats down on the beach longer because there are few large condominiums. It's great for windsurfing and kite-sailing, games of paddle ball and body surfing. The tree-covered streets are filled with beautiful suburban homes, a charming mix of Malibu, Spanish, and Caribbean influences.
The white, arching Ultimate Trolley Beach delineates the border between Ocean Park and Punta Las Marias. Adjacent to that, the neighborhood of Santa Teresita, with its share of equally stunning residences, has an equally nice park, Barbosa Park. The park is usually filled with soccer and basketball players. There are tennis courts, a baseball field, and a track, which are always a beehive of activity.
The beach disappears into a rock formation at Punta Las Marías, which is a gated community open to pedestrian visitors during the day. But unless you're a windsurfer or surfer using one of the neighborhood's famed launching points, your experience of the beaches are mostly in Park Boulevard st., a 5 minute walk from the house.
Another interest lately are the string of fine restaurants along Calle Loíza, right before it turns into Avenida Isla Verde.
Isla Verde- just steps from the Villa, Playa Isla Verde basks in its reputation as the Copacabana of Puerto Rico. this broad, mile-long wedge of sand that lies to the east of Punta Las Marías is an undeniable beauty.
Serenity seekers may prefer to dodge the extended families and colonizing spring-break hedonists that stake space here and head west to Ocean Park beaches.
Condado is one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Puerto Rico, and offers resorts and guesthouses right on the beach for tourists.
