This 5 Bedroom, 4 bath home , is ideally located south of the village of Hopkins in the resort district. A private pool overlooks the beautiful Caribbean sea and has a swim up palapa bar and outdoor shower. The 4 master bedrooms have private baths, walk-in showers and granite countertops, along with king size beds and flat screen TV's. The loft is appointed with a den area with a big screen TV and 3 additional queen beds. Every room has air conditioning, including the great room and upstairs loft. There are two large covered patios, one on the pool level and one on the main floor for exquisite views of the sea. The house includes two full time caretakers to keep the grounds outside and daily housekeeping. A PADI dive shop is located a few properties to the north. Jungle tours, Ruin tours, Fly Fishing, Offshore Fishing abound in the area and numerous restaurants/bars are within walking distance of the house. We can help guide you to the most reputable places and services in the area. There are golf carts for rent from several providers in close proximity to the house. If you should choose, there is a local chef/cook available for hire on a daily basis for meals. There are many grocery stores for shopping in the downtown area of Hopkins.
