Welcome to Vistas Oceana! Be our guest at this renovated top beachfront corner unit condo. Located seven stories high and 180 degree views of the Atlantic ocean and surrounding coasts. Hard to find 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, with open concept & spacious living. New kitchen, bathrooms, floors, appliances, air conditioning units throughout. This tastefully decorated condo is fully furnished living and dining areas with 55 inch smart TV and Wi-Fi. Enjoy breathtaking views overlooking La Pared Beach on the private balcony. Fully stocked kitchen with all you will need during your stay to cook meals and feel at home. Linens, towels, beach towels & chairs are provided for your use as well. Bathrooms will have all the essentials plus soaps, shampoo, conditioner and blow dryer. The main area is airconditioned and has a ceiling fan as well. All 3 bedrooms are equipped queen beds, new AC units and ceiling fans for a comfortable night sleep. The sofa in the living area pulls out to accommodate the 7th and 8th guest.
Please note this is a 6th floor unit with an open balcony, we do not host infants or toddlers at this time, should you be traveling with older children please let us know and we will try to accommodate.
This is not a party house, overall it is a quiet building please be respectful of noise levels especially between 9:00pm and 9:00am.
There is no smoking in the house, any signs of smoking will result in an additional cleaning charge. No smoking on the balcony.
Sandy Hills has New elevator in July 2025 was put into service. Our unit is not effective and the pictures are accurate. The buildings are considered dated.
The pro's of the buildings are they are a safe gated complex with 24hr security, location (perfect to explore everything from San Juan Area through the rain forest, north eastern beaches out to the east to take ferry to the islands of Culebra & Vieques), beach access, amazing views, and being able to walk to beaches, local restaurants, bars and even C-Note jazz club..The entire condo is yours to enjoy during your stay and is not shared. From the complex you will have direct beach access as well as access to the pool & outdoor showers, beach and pool access is open until 6:00pm and has no life guard on duty.
You will have access to 1 parking space in the garage, the common areas of Sandy hills including the beach access, pool, outdoor shower (please rinse sand off before returning to the condo), and laundry room all on the ground floor.
We are in the east tower, 6th floor. The buildings are considered dated and under renovations since mid 2021 our unit has been renovated and photos are accurate. There are elevators for your convenience, but please keep in mind, we do live on an island and at times lose power. Usually these things are handled and restored quicky but at times could take longer.
Sandy Hills has 24 hour security and is a gated complex.
.It is strongly suggested to rent a vehicle for your stay if you plan on exploring outside of the Luquillo beach and plaza areas. Uber is difficult to get outside of the San Juan Area. There are a few local taxi service and tours that offer transportation as well. Renting a vehicle would be more cost and time affective to leave the area throughout your stay.

Luquillo Puerto Rico is a fabulous vacation destination with plenty to offer from our beaches, water activities, rain forest, Old San Juan and local food there is plenty to see and do for all ages. Also understand being on a remote island is a little different than the mainland or other European countries. At times we get spotty cell service, or not so fast Wifi, power outages, water rationing during drought seasons, and tropical weather. It is part of the beauty of being on an Island. Our elevators work off generators. It is an overall safe island you can go about and enjoy. The food and locals are fabulous, be patient with their English. Most speak it and you will be able to communicate in tourist areas.
