Beyond the Sea Cottage is a well appointed, comfortable one bedroom and one bath, traditional Caribbean cottage with a private pool, located a half acre of land that is fully fenced for additional security. The cottage is located in a new upscale neighborhood that allows easy access to the main grocery store and a quiet stretch of Grace Bay beach.
We had this home initially listed in 2025 under VRBO 4377995 for a short period and had perfect reviews. In the last two years we also listed on another platform earning 26 Five Star Reviews as of June 2026
The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.
All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
Due to the design of the home, including the large covered porch it should only take 10 to 15 minutes for the AC units to significantly "cool down" the home. Please help us reduce our electricity expenses.
