THE SPACE
The master room has a queen bed, an attached bathroom with shower, a mounted TV, AC, ceiling fan, a dresser and closet for storage. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, an attached bathroom with shower w/tub, AC, ceiling fan, chest drawer and closet for storage. We supply toilet paper and handsoaps in all bathrooms.
We have heated water throughout the property.
The home boasts an open concept kitchen with modern amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cutleries, silverware, cups, glasses etc. for you to prepare your favorite dish and the supermarket is only 2-3 mins walk away.
There is a dining table a living room area with sofas, wall and ceiling fans, TV and a powder room, just about everything you need for your comfort.
The patio is opened to the backyard and has a glass table that can seat 4 persons. The backyard has a clothes hanging line that you can use if needed. However, there is washer and dryer available to you in the laundry room.
Two open parking spaces are available at the front of the Townhouse. Additional parking spaces are available along the roadside within the complex.
GUEST ACCESS
There is a storage room that is kept locked, apart from that the entire townhouse is available to guests.

10. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.

13. Please close windows when leaving the house.
