It's a quiet apartment. No loud noise after 10pm. No smoking ($500). No parties ($1000). I use this apartment for reading, meditating, and yoga, and it's a very peaceful space.

* Unit has one queen bed and one pull-out sleeper couch
* Puerto Rico is subject to power/water outages.
* When power goes out, the unit is without power. We have a generator and water cistern on-site but it takes some time to turn it on
