THE BEACH & WATER:
Crystal-clear water, soft sand, and zero crowds. Everything you need is included: 2 kayaks, a paddle board, 5 sets of snorkeling gear, beach chairs, a Yeti cooler, a waterproof Bluetooth speaker and a large JBL karaoke boombox. The snorkeling reef just off the deck is genuinely world-class.
THE BEACH COTTAGE:
The main level features an open living area with panoramic ocean views from every window, a full kitchen, and a master bedroom with smart TV & a king bed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and smart TV. The lower level (private entrance) has a queen and a twin bed — perfect for families or groups. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably.
Everything is refreshed and ready: new A/C units, new beds with pillow-top mattresses, new kitchen, new windows, new outdoor furniture, and a new refrigerator — all updated around 2023.
THE LOCATION:
5 minutes from Exuma International Airport (GGT). 10-12 minutes to George Town. Grocery stores, restaurants, a liquor store, and a meat market all within a few miles.
