Summary: Let me start by saying I loved the property. Its more beautiful than the photos. The walk to the beach was easy. The kitchen had what we needed. The bathrooms are fabulous. But for my big issue which I will get to, if there was only complaint its the total lack of dresser and drawer space in the bedrooms. In the villa with only one bedroom, the closets have drawers. But nowhere else. We had to use our suitcases as dressers. When staying in a house this nice, that just doesnt lead to the right feel when you walk into the bedroom.So now my big issue: One our guests stated that there was no hot water in their bathroom. We thought maybe it was from doing laundry. Then the next say she had the same issue. So she called the property manager and they literally got into a screaming match with each other. She said the problem was intermittent and not predicatable. He insisted there was nothing wrong. My wife then reached out to him to try and get this resolved. He ignore her messages. He had said a technican would come to the house. That never happened. Then on Wednesday my wife finally encountered the issue and had to take a cold shower. Let's just say having your wife take a cold shower leads to a very unhappy wife. I am not saying my guest was right for screaming, but nor should the property manager scream. But what I am saying is that when you rent a place it should come with hot water. And if it's not working, the property manager should address.
