REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT FEE OF $1000 WHICH IS RETURNED AFTER YOUR TRIP AS LONG AS THERE ARE NO DAMAGES.
WEDDING AND EVENT NOTES: (Subject to change at any time)
All events are subject to a $3000 venue rental fee. However, if the guests book the entire villa there is a 50% reduction on that charge.
There is also a $25 per person charge for guests in excess of those staying on property.
Wedding site fee charge applies to all guests over the age of 6yrs.
25% reduction on the venue charge if 8 Bedrooms are rented for 7 nights. $3000 – 25% = $2250
Guests can use their own Coordinator if they choose.
We do not allow the use of the lawn for tents, ceremonies nor reception. We may allow for the bridal party to take a few photographs on the grassy area.
