The recently renovated 2 story villa has the common areas in the first floor, family room that sleeps 3, powder room and an outdoor patio with full size gas BBQ. Second story has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, laundry room and an outdoor terrace perfect for stargazing.

Punta Del Mar is centrally located between Rincon and Aguada so you are 8 minute drive away from either downtown. You can walk down the beach to other nearby surfing spots: Sandy Beach, Parking lot and Pools, and restaurants in Puntas area but car is recommended for other adventures and to move around.
