Seagrace Villa is nestled on the canal in the gated community of Leeward, just moments away from Salt Bar and Grill. This spectacular villa comes with everything you need for the perfect island vacation. The villa stocks beach chairs, coolers, & beach umbrellas for your day trips to Grace Bay Beach, just 5 minutes away.
Guests are also invited to explore the community on provided bicycles. For the more adventurous nature lovers, we offer kayaks and paddle boards which are ideal for meandering through Mangrove Cay where you will see a variety of tropical birds, fish and turtles. Looking for more adventure?
Just a little further past Mangrove Cay you will find Little Water Cay also known as Iguana island. With its pristine private beaches and lagoons, it is an ideal spot for a picnic or snapping a quick photo with one of the Cays many Rock Iguanas!
The villa is spacious and modern with hints of Bermudian design. As you enter the front door the immaculate gardens give way to sleek and contemporary furniture and a spacious living room. The living room has ample seating and is awash with natural light. The 64-inch smart TV is ideally positioned to be viewable for anywhere in the room without interfering with the spectacular views of the pool deck and out-door living space.
Off to the right of the living room you will find three bedrooms. The first is the large master suite with king bed, walk in closet, on suite bathroom and private access to the pool and surrounding decks. Next, is a guest's suite with a queen bed and on suite bathroom. The third is a garden view king bed with walk in closet and on suite bathroom. All the rooms are spacious.
To the left of the living room you will find a large fully equipped gourmet kitchen with island and bar as well as a formal dining area with quick access to the decks and BBQ. Back from the kitchen you will find a kid's bedroom with 2 single beds and large closet, a very large garden view king bedroom, another modern bathroom, and a convenient laundry room.
The jewel of Seagrace is its expansive pool and deck on the edge of the canal. Lined with warm coral stone this pool deck is ideal for entertaining. It's your own private resort with tons of seating, an outdoor dining area, a BBQ/poolside bar, and gazebo seating with a fire pit. Whether you enjoy early morning yoga or late evening cocktails, this deck is sure to be your favorite place to unwind. There are 2 paddle boards, 2 single kayaks, and 1 double kayak available for the guests.
We will be available for an orientation and check-in. As well as on-call for emergencies.
