situated on Union Island, a kite-surfing paradise, is a wooden house with full 180 degrees ocean views over Mayreau island and Tobago Cays marine park. Easy indoor and outdoor living, the house offers 2 beds, 2 baths and 2 day beds.
THE SPACE
There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds all with en-suite bathrooms, and mosquito nets. Terrace is stretching full length of the house, dining, day bed, Adirondack chairs, hammock and full panoramic ocean views. In addition there are 2 day beds, one in the living room and one in the outdoor terrace.
The use of all linens and towels are included. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal for preparing and cooking meals.
Coffee: we have a coffee grinder and a Bodum (French Press).
There is someone on hand to help with queries and ensure you have a smooth stay to enjoy the island. Our house manager will organize transport from the airport and will be there to greet you at the house.
The price includes a maid 3 times a week. Our Housekeeper Ursula can cook for you local cuisine on request.
Walking around
From the house,
Count 20-25 minutes to reach either Clifton or Ashton villages.
During dry season (Normally Dec-May) it is a 10 minutes walk down through a trail to reach Big sands beach which is one of the finest beach on Union. Otherwise it is about 20 minutes via the road.
While the road to our house is a bit rugged, it's all part of the experience, and we believe the reward is worth it. You'll enjoy a stunning ocean view that makes the journey more than worthwhile. Our location is also close enough to the village, allowing for easy access when you want to experiment its charm and activities. This means you'll have the advantage of being away from the hustle and bustle of the village, providing a serene and peaceful environment and free from traffic noise and loud music. We hope you'll appreciate the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings that our unique location has to offer.
Travel to Union Island:
Fly to Barbados and catch a connecting flight with SVG Airways direct or a LIAT flight to St Vincent and then the ferry across.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking and no pets are allowed. You should leave the house in the condition in which you find it. Linens are changed once a week by the housekeeper which comes 2 times a week. If you need your clothes washed, ask our house keeper for assistance, the washer in the basement. Toilet papers will be provided for the first week.
