Situated between Dickenson’s Bay and Runaway beach, Corbison’s Point has been built to make full use of the stunning views which surround it. Floor to ceiling glass windows and a shaded verandah, wrap round the entire seaward sides of the house offering a seamless transition between indoors and outside.
Filled with natural light, from 4 double vaulted towers, the house is designed around 3 wings; one occupied by the 2 guest bedrooms, both with en-suites and walk in closets, one housing the main living space with 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom and a third with its own separate access which comprises an entire Master wing and his and hers closets and full bathrooms.
The Master Wing offers luxury at its best. The bedroom with wraparound views of the ocean, leads through to his and hers bathrooms, complete with a soak in tub and walk in closets. No expense has been spared on fittings, creating a beautiful series of rooms.
The main living area features an expansive open-plan kitchen, thoughtfully designed with a built-in island and a separate breakfast bar that seats eight. Equipped with top-of-the-line integrated appliances and a spacious range-style oven, the kitchen seamlessly connects to a chic yet inviting living room that offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. A large square dining table with seating for eight and a dedicated workspace add to the room’s functionality. Completing this central hub of comfort and style are a laundry room and a a generously sized third bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.
Outside the property is accessed via a private road along the headland. Through the main house gates, a unique historic Gunpowder Store provides a beautifully landscaped feature and manicured grounds lead round the sides of the house. At the point of the headland facing the sea on 3 sides is the pool area. Surrounded by sun loungers, a gently shelving pool blends into the sea, offering secluded bathing in the most breathtaking setting. Just an easy 5 minute walk and the beautiful beaches of Antigua are beneath your feet.
The property is fully self-sustained, complete with its own generator and ground staff.
