Our apartment is a large 1 bed, 1 bathroom condominium, with a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Brownes is located steps from the lovely south coast boardwalk and beach, and minutes from both Lanterns Mall, and Quayside Centre, 5 mins walk away is the lovely Accra Beach. The condo is very comfortably furnished with all you could need to make your holiday in Barbados wonderful. There is a very large pool, plenty of parking, secure electronic gate entrance, a lift, a gym, and a large gazebo including a bar-b-q for your use. Plenty of pool furniture and umbrellas allows you to enjoy the Barbadian sunshine, or simply relax in the shade.
Full size sliding doors open to allow cooling breezes into the apartment from both the lounge and bedroom. Ceiling fans keep the air flowing, and a/c is provided in the both the bedroom and the lounge should you need it. We are located on the 3rd floor, so have great views towards the sea and beach. The complex has a secure code entry electronic gate, with coded access to the lobby.
