The solid concrete construction ensures minimal sound transfer between units, and the property consists of only two units in total. All king sized beds can be separated into 2 XL Twins when requested in advance. This property is denoted as having 2 floors but does have a 3rd story roof top deck for this units use. There are no living quarters on the 3rd story which is why it is denoted as 2 floors. Guests have option to reserve entire property for an extra fee. Request details if interested.
