Located in the prominent area of Rodney Heights, only five minutes away from the heart of downtown Rodney Bay is this roomy fully furnished two bedroom, two and a half bathroom holiday rental. This lovely lower level property is surrounded by many flowering plants and fruit trees and gives way to an amazing panoramic view of the Marina, Pigeon Island and The Caribbean Sea from its capacious patio.
It offers a beautiful spacious atmospheric open floor plan living room, dining room and has a semi detached kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard stainless steel appliances and these are complimented by its granite counter tops with matching back splash. There are top to bottom storage cupboards including a pantry and a large counter space. The living room is decked with a large comfy grey L-shaped sofa and a hand crafted white wooden two seater fashioned with a soft pink cushion.
This accommodation is airy and comfortable with a combination of ceiling fans and large louvered windows. White French doors extend into the patio furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture.
Heading off from the living area is the first bedroom outfitted with air conditioning, a queen size bed, built in closets and an ensuite.
