This brand new cottage, just completed in February of 2023, is a two minute walk down a deeded path to spectacular pink-sand Poponi Beach, which is one of the most sought-after beaches on Eleuthera. There is excellent snorkeling right off our beach. Bring your snorkel gear!
A three-minute walk down that beach takes you to La Bougainvillea boutique resort with its excellent beachfront restaurant and bar. A four-minute drive takes you to Tippy's famous beachfront restaurant. Island Farms market is just 5 minutes from the property. It offers fresh produce plus homemade breads, cinnamon rolls, jams, jellies, dressings, pesto, salsas, and so much more. Governors Harbour, the main town on the island, is just eight minutes away by car. Governors Harbour has restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, liquor stores, and a great fish fry every Friday night.
