Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Nia was very helpful and understanding when we explained that at the time of booking, the advert said 'with breakfast'. We found that this was not so when we arrived. She explained the gap between communication basics.

Negative: ONE of our main attraction for the selection of the hotel was breakfast included. In reality, this was not so when we got there. Had to make our own arrangements for both mornings. Was not happy about being misled by the advert. Still a burning issue.
